Your first two Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre classes are free, and we'd love to see you in class whenever you are ready. We ask that you use your two free classes within the same week. *This class pass does not apply to Fit4Baby
In order to redeem your free classes, decide what class days & time you'd like to attend. Then click "enroll now" to sign up for that class.
If you haven't already, you will be asked to create an account with your contact information. Once your account is created you will be issued a Two Free Class Pass to use at any Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre class. You will not be asked to enter any payment details in your account at this time.
After you enroll for class, you will be asked to sign our on-line liability waiver. Please complete this before attending a class. If you haven't completed it before class, the instructor will ask you to sign it before participating in class.
Yes, of course! Your free class pass expires one month after you create your account. If for any reason you cannot attend a class before the expiration date, please contact us to issue you a pass for the class day & time you would like to attend.
We strongly encourage you to enroll for class before you come. If you do not enroll by creating an account and signing the waiver prior to class, the instructor will ask you to create an account and sign a waiver at class. It is easier to enroll for class during a peaceful naptime/late night feeding than it is when you're distracted by other friends and children.
Also if there are any last minute changes to class (i.e. weather, illness, location, etc.) you will receive an e-mail and/or text message notification to the account you created to let you know of any changes.
We live on the east coast with rain, snow, wind and heat. We have it all and this can sometimes interfere with where we plan to have class. We will only cancel classes if an instructor/baby is ill or in extreme weather conditions. Class location may change due to closures of indoor locations during the the winter and for rain outddors during the summer.

We highly recommend enrolling for the classes you plan to attend each week & you will receive a notification of instructor/venue changes or class cancellations for that class day.
We are more concerned with YOU and if you've been cleared by your doctor to resume regular activities (including exercise). If you've delivered vaginally, this is typically at 6 weeks, or 8 weeks if you had a c-section. Once cleared, you can begin classes whenever you're ready!
Children can take classes with you up to any age so long as they still enjoy a ride in the stroller. ALWAYS get your doctor’s permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.
While we are BOB jogger fanatics, just about any stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping; we don't recommend umbrella strollers since they are not very maneuverable. Our mommies have mastered classes with snap-n-go's and other travel systems. You DO NOT need a jogger or expensive stroller to attend class!
Our first priority during Stroller Strides classes is the happiness of your baby. Tend to your baby first. We stop every few minutes for body toning, so you can always catch up with us if you get behind. The wonderful thing about Stroller Strides is that you can stop to feed, change or comfort your little one whenever you need. There are no rules so feel free to ask for help from your instructor or another mommy. Feel free to bring a front baby carrier to class, we will always offer modifications that will allow you to wear your baby. Our instructors will do their very best to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby!
Our Fit4Baby classes are total body workouts. Each class includes cardio, strength, stretching & balance. You will sweat. You will get your heart rate up. And you will need shoes. Our instructors are specially trained to offer you a workout with prenatal modifications for every fitness level. So whether you're starting to exercise because you are pregnant or you are a regular athlete, our instructors will give you a prenatal workout that will help you prepare your body for labor, delivery, and welcoming a new baby.
YES! We welcome ALL pregnant women to our classes whether this is your first pregnancy or your 19th pregnancy. All pregnant women need time for themselves and to prepare their bodies to welcome a new baby! This class is for you.
